Oft beginnen diese Episoden mit dem Eintritt der kleinen PatientInnen in den Kindergarten und wenn erstmals intensiver Kontakt mit anderen Kindern besteht. Das Immunsystem der Kinder kommt dann erstmals mit verschiedensten Krankheitserregern in Kontakt und reagiert dementsprechend.<\/p>\n<p>Hier k\u00f6nnen viele Eltern beruhigt werden, eine detaillierte <strong>Aufkl\u00e4rung und Beratung<\/strong> ohne belastende und invasive Untersuchungen ist hier f\u00fcr viele Kinder meist vollkommen ausreichend. Dies reicht von immunologischen Untersuchungen, \u00fcber genaue Asthmadiagnostik, bis hin zur Diagnostik seltener Lungenerkrankungen. Neben einer intensiven Beratung kann ein Gro\u00dfteil der Untersuchungen wie <strong>Lungenfunktionstestungen<\/strong> und <strong>Allergieabkl\u00e4rung<\/strong> in der Ordination durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Jene Untersuchungen, die nicht in der Ordination durchgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen, werden in der entsprechenden Spezialambulanz der Kinderabteilung in der Klinik Ottakring bzw. in Zusammenarbeit mit der Immunologischen Tagesklinik durchgef\u00fchrt \u2013 auch hier begleite ich Sie gerne. In diesem Bereich arbeite ich als Kinderlungenfacharzt mit Spezialisten f\u00fcr Immunologie zusammen, um f\u00fcr Ihr Kind eine bestm\u00f6gliche allumfassende Betreuung im interdisziplin\u00e4ren
