Die Ursachen daf\u00fcr sind vielf\u00e4ltig: erblich bedingte Ursachen, Allergien, sowie \u00e4u\u00dfere Faktoren (zum Beispiel Umweltstoffe, die im h\u00e4uslichen Umfeld zu finden sind). Auch seltene Lungenerkrankungen k\u00f6nnen mit Asthma-Beschwerden in Erscheinung treten.<\/p>\n<p>Wiederkehrende <strong>Hustenepisoden und Entz\u00fcndungen der Atemwege mit pfeifenden Atemger\u00e4uschen<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen ein fr\u00fches Zeichen f\u00fcr die Entwicklung eines Bronchial-Asthmas sein. Eine fr\u00fchzeitige Diagnose und rasch eingeleitete Therapie verhindern Sp\u00e4tkomplikationen und verbessern die Prognose deutlich.<\/p>\n<p>Eine genaue Anamnese erm\u00f6glicht es, etwaige Risikofaktoren im h\u00e4uslichen Umfeld zu identifizieren \u2013 daf\u00fcr muss ausreichend Zeit zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen.<\/p>\n<p>Ab dem 6.-7. Lebensjahr (je nach Mitarbeit des Kindes) kann ich eine genaue und <strong>kindgerechte Lungenfunktionsmessung<\/strong> in der Ordination anbieten. Dort sind, sofern notwendig, auch aufwendigere Untersuchungen wie <strong>spezielle radiologische Untersuchungen<\/strong> oder <strong>invasivere Diagnostik<\/strong> wie flexible Bronchoskopien m\u00f6glich. F\u00fcr seltene Ursachen von Lungenerkrankungen arbeite ich auch mit der Lungenabteilung der Universit\u00e4ts-Kinderklinik des allgemeinen Krankenhauses (AKH Wien) zusammen. Somit kann ich eine umfassende Diagnostik und Therapie bei fr\u00fchkindlichen asthmatischen Beschwerden sowie manifestem Bronchialasthma aber auch f\u00fcr alle anderen Lungenerkrankungen
